With self-owned Wing Loong platforms, we have built an in-house UAV maintenance system, offering operation support, technical services and asset trusteeship. Comply with relevant military‑civil aviation requirements, establish operation&maintenance service systems, obtain qualifications such as the Civil Unmanned Aircraft Operator Certificate （CCAR‑92）, set up a quality management system in accordance with national standards, and build flight, operation‑maintenance and safety systems satisfying OEM requirements.
In September 2021, the company signed a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement with AVIC Chengdu Aircraft and Haidian‑based Zhongguancun Sci‑Tech Leasing Co., Ltd. for in‑depth collaboration. It pioneered an innovative financial model for large‑UAV technology leasing and established a multi‑type operational large‑UAV fleet.
Centered on asset operation and mission‑driven requirements, ZFTX develops the MOS model for large‑UAV operations and builds an industry ecosystem focused on large‑UAV commercial operations, advancing application scenarios and industrial development for large UAVs and low‑altitude aircraft.
WL‑2H Large‑scale Civil UAV
The WL‑2 civil UAV flight platform features a conventional aerodynamic configuration and composite‑material construction, fitted with a turboprop engine and anti‑icing system. It supports one‑click autonomous take‑off and landing, automatic route planning, autonomous identification, lost‑link automatic return and intelligent control. Boasting long range, long endurance, heavy payload and strong environmental adaptability.
Dimensions: length 10.8 m, wingspan 20.7 m, height 4 m; service ceiling 8000 m, maximum range 3600 km, cruise endurance 14 h.
Max external payload: 480 kg with 7 hardpoints.

Weather Modification
The WL‑2 UAV platform is equipped with anti‑icing and de‑icing functions, and supports modular integration of atmospheric detection devices, flare seeders and other equipment. It can perform long‑range meteorological detection, atmospheric data collection and precipitation‑enhancing agent seeding. Capable of operating under complex weather conditions, it greatly improves the efficiency of weather modification operations for agricultural benefits.

Meteorological Detection
The WL‑2 UAV platform can carry meteorological sensors including airborne SAR, dropsonde system, Ka‑band Doppler scatterometer and integrated atmospheric microwave observatory. It performs multi‑parameter, three‑dimensional meteorological data collection over plateaus and oceans under severe convection and icing conditions, delivering a precise, safe and efficient new solution for China’s high‑accuracy meteorological detection.

Emergency Rescue
The WL‑2 UAV supports payloads including optoelectronic pods, aerial CCD cameras, SAR, emergency communication pods, delivery pods. Leveraging public‑private‑satellite hybrid communications, it copes with disaster‑zone 3‑disruption conditions (no roads, power or network). With airborne networking and high‑point relay, it realizes video, voice and data transmission as well as visual command. It builds an integrated air‑space‑ground emergency communication system and provides innovative solutions for national emergency rescue.
